Sam's Room
A standout room at Number 31 with its own eclectic and intriguing story to tell, this was Sam's room when he lived here. Known as 'the architect with designs on drawing controversy" Sam Stephenson believed in playing as hard as he worked. Loved by the media and friends with everyone who was anyone, Sam's room was the place he retired to after many a party hosted in his city centre home on Leeson Close.
Standout features include a large skylight that floods the room with natural light, a walk in dressing room and an ensuite bathroom featuring a stunning bespoke blue mosaic tiled bath tub.
