For many guests, breakfast at Number 31 defines their entire stay. ‘Sublime’ and ‘accomplished’ are just two of the many complimentary words used to describe what they’ve enjoyed.
The aroma of freshly baked breads sets the scene for delicious homemade granola, mouthwatering muesli, poached pears in vanilla syrup, fresh berries plus cranberry and orange nutloaf. Choosing from the cooked menu? There’s Eggs Benedict, mushroom frittata, scrambled egg with smoked salmon and delightfully airy and deliciously filled omelettes…
Of course, the bright and informal setting enhances the experience wonderfully. Inside, communal tables bring people together in a relaxed and stylish space. Alternatively, breakfast in the conservatory is a chance to appreciate the morning’s freshness - and even be serenaded by our garden’s birds.
Breakfast is freshly prepared and served every morning from 7:30 am until 10:00 am by the incredible Delia. As one guest said, “There should be a ‘Delia’ in charge of every good hotel kitchen…”
