Q: Where exactly is Number 31?
A: Number 31 is in Dublin’s historical Georgian quarter, very centrally located in Dublin city. This part of the city is particularly suitable for visitors wanting to stay in the heart of Dublin, as we are situated less than 10 minutes’ walk from St. Stephen's Green,
a beautiful retreat in the city centre. Grafton Street, Dublin’s famous pedestrianised shopping street and
St. Stephen's Green shopping centre are less than a 10 minute walk away.
Q: How close is Number 31 to top tourist sites?
A: Number31 is located close to some of Dublin city’s top entertainment sites.
In terms of accessibility, the following attractions are close to us:
• Grafton Street - 10 minutes walk
• Trinity College - 17 minutes walk
• National Concert Hall – 8 minutes walk
• National History Museum - 13 minutes walk
• Gaiety Theatre – 10 minutes walk

Q: Can I get transport to Number 31 from Dublin Airport?
A: Yes, see our Dublin Airport page for more information.
Q: Does the townhouse have a car park and is it included in the rate?
A: Number 31 does not have a car park; however, our guests can avail of limited onsite parking at a fee of €10 per night or there is a multi-storey car park at St. Stephen’s Green. Please look at our parking page for details.
Q: What is the townhouse doing to ensure health and safety of guests and staff post Covid-19?

Q: What does our "no show" policy entail?
A: If you do not show on the day of your booking, you will be charged the full amount for your first night's stay.
If you have booked our "advanced purchase" rate, you will incur a 100% penalty charge for the entire duration of your stay. If you have booked our "best available" rate, you have free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to check-in. Our cancellation policy can be viewed here.
Q: What time is check out?
A: Check-out is 12 noon.
Q: Is it possible to get a late check out?
A: Number31 does not offer a late check out service.
Q: What time is check in?
A: Check-in is officially from 15:00. Earlier check-in is subject to room availability. If it is not possible to check-in earlier than 15:00, our guests may leave luggage with our Front Office team at the reception area.
Q: What is the townhouse’s credit card policy?
A: We require a credit card to make and secure a booking. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
If a booking is secured with a debit card, a cash deposit may be required.
Q: Can I arrange for amenities or gifts to be placed in the room? What do you offer?
A: Yes, Number 31 offer a variety of welcome amenities that can be placed in a guest’s bedroom. For example, we can arrange for wine and champagne or chocolates to be placed in a guest bedroom. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for special requests.
Q: Do you have family rooms?
A: Number 31 have one family room, comprising of one double bed and two single beds. To guarantee availability of a suitable room please contact us on 01 6765011 and we’d be happy to help.
Q: Do you have cots for children?
A: We can offer to include one baby cot into most of our room types, free of charge and subject to availability.

Q: Are pets permitted?
A: Only certified guide dogs are permitted in Number 31.
Q: Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?
A: We do not have wheelchair accessible rooms.
Q: Do you have a lift?
A: Our rooms are located over four floors in this historic building which does not have a lift, but we'd be happy to assist you with luggage. Original building features are evident in bedrooms at Number 31 including original windows, decorative cornices and traditional fireplaces.
Q: Does the townhouse provide international adaptors?
A: Bedrooms at Number 31 are equipped with standard Ireland/UK plug sockets and international plug sockets are available to rent from reception.
Q: How old do I have to be to check-in to Number 31?
A: In order to check-in to Number 31, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old,
you must be accompanied by somebody aged 18 or older.
Q: When booking online, how can I be sure that I will have a room reservation?
A: If you book a room through our website, you will be issued with a confirmation number.
This will be sent to the email address you provide in your booking form.
Q: Do you offer hairdryers in your guestrooms?
A: Yes, all of our bedrooms are equipped with a hairdryer for your complimentary use.
Q: Do you provide coffee makers in your guestrooms?
A: Yes, all of our bedrooms are equipped with bottled water, a kettle and tea/coffee for your complimentary use.
Q: Do you provide irons and ironing boards for use during my stay?
A: Yes, irons and an ironing boards can be requested for your complimentary use.
Q: Is Number 31 air-conditioned?
A: Yes, all bedrooms are equipped with Dyson Cooling fans.
Q: Do your rooms include VAT?
A: Yes, our room rates quoted include VAT.
Q: Do you have connecting rooms?
A: No, we do not have connecting rooms but to request adjacent rooms or with more specific accommodation requests

Q: Do you offer Breakfast in bed?
A: No, we do not offer breakfast in bed. Breakfast is served upstairs in the mews building daily from 7:30am to 10am.
Q: Is Internet access available?
A: Yes, our guests have complimentary access to Number 31’s high-speed Wi-Fi.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Our Flexible Rates have a cancellation policy of notice by 15:00 GMT 48 hours prior to the arrival date booked.
Our Advanced Purchase rates are payable at the time of booking and each reservation is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Q: What time is breakfast served?
A: Breakfast is served each morning in the mews building on communal tables.
Breakfast is served from 7:30am – 10:00am daily.
